Transport company
Goods are generally delivered with Deutsche Post AG and their International partner network.

In case of strikes or force majeure of any kinds (unforeseeable operating, traffic or shipment disturbances, fire damage, floods, etc.) we may decide, at our own discretion, to deliver via another logistics provider (courier or freight forwarder).

Countries
We deliver worldwide(*) except to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
For orders and shipments from and to this countries we kindly refer to www.dejavu.de.
(*) worldwide is defined as all countries to which Deutsche Post AG delivers.

Delivery cost and delivery method

Deliveries are made from our warehouse in Germany.
1,60 EUR delivery cost for orders up to a gross product value of 8,00 EUR (*). Such orders are send without insurance and without the possibility to track the delivery.
6,30 EUR delivery cost for orders with a gross product value from 8,01 EUR to 99,99 EUR (*). Insured, registered mail with tracking code.
ZERO EUR >> delivery free of charge for orders with a gross product value of 100 EUR (*) or more. Insured, registered mail with tracking code.

(*) or to the equivalent of such amount in any other currency/exchange rate available in this online shop.
 
Delivery to countries outside of the European Union may involve additional cost such as e.g. additional taxes, fees, stamp duty and/or customs duty & fees.
Such additional cost are out of our control and responsibility and are neither included in our prices nor in our delivery cost.
Such additional cost shall be covered by the Client in his country upon receiving the delivery or upon custom clearance.

Lead times
Once the Client has placed the order we do request the Client to pay.
Upon receipt of the payment we make reasonable best efforts to hand over the goods as soon as possible to the transport company.
Typically we hand it over not later than within 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).
In case of any unforseen delays or force majeure of any kinds we will contact the Client and agree on the further proceedings.

Once we have handed over the shipment to the transport company the average(*) shipping times are approx. as follows:

To countries within the European Union: 3 to 5 working days
To the United States of America and Canada: 7 to 12 working days
To other countries: 7 to 15 working days

(*) for information only. Force majeure of any kinds my cause further delays.

Tracking of the shipment
You can track the status of your shipment on the webpage of Deutsche Post AG ( https://www.deutschepost.de/sendung/simpleQuery.html?locale=en_GB ).
Simply enter your shipment number and the date it was posted. Both data will be emailed to you once we have completed your order.
In the unlikely event that we deliver not via Deutsche Post AG but via another logistics provider we will provide individual tracking instructions via email.
